Key Responsibilities
- Conducting mass orientation meeting in new wards village track to promote the company.
- Recruiting new clients, assisting them in formed new solidarity groups and reaching fullproductivity within 12 months.
- Conducting client’s presentation meeting for new clients and ensuring that they understandingthe activity well.
- Screening new clients to ensure their eligibility visit active client to monitor their incomegencrating activities.
- Updating client’s passbooks and reports accurately.
- Full and on time and report to the Branch Manager immediately and delinquencies and or anyproblem in group meeting recruiting new clients,ctc.
- Ensuring full repayment and being responsible in handling delinquent loans.
- Preparing weekly and monthly working plan.
- To could be good doing well in under pressure & Difficulties Saturation.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- 2nd Year at any University.
- Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all level of staff.
- Knowledge of local community.
