Key Responsibilities
- Remote support to end user.
- Experience with set-up and configuration of Firewall, Routers, Proxies etc.
- Understanding in time attendance, payroll and other representative department related software.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Install, configure, test and maintain Operating Systems, Application Software and System Management Tools.
- Monitoring and maintain CCTV, IPBX and PA system.
- Network Printer and other printer services.
- Understanding cloud base which is Azure or AWS will be advance.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- B.C.Sc or Any Degree with related IT Diploma or Certificates with strong IT knowledge.
- Understand and are able to provide user support and resolve problems related to the different uses of computing systems.
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting MS server environments.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all users.
- Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skill and foreign language will be advance.
