    Key Responsibilities
    • Handles day, Weekly, Monthly office administrative works.
    • Assist in preparing monthly reports, car Check, car Repair, car license extension & Car maintaining process
    • Stationery, Office Equipment, Company Fixed Assets & Key Register
    • Arrange Monthly Phone Bill, Meter Bill and Other Payable.
    • Support in remodeling & Interior to HỌ building & all branches.
    • Communicate to Tax office & YCDC office when necessary.
    • Relative other administrative works.
    Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
    • Must be able to Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint.
    • Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
    • Preferable to the relative experience at lecast 2 years.
    • Able to work under pressure.
