Key Responsibilities
- Region condition reporting to Loan Recovery Manager
- Must be able to travel within the relevant region.
- Sending BM Letter and transfer to Lawyer case in case where clients connot negotiate
- Follow up on payment of negotiated members
- Must be able to communicate well with Branch Manager and Office staff .
- Must be complete the monthly target
- Reducing the non- performaning loans owed to a company
- Plan to visit Write Off clients daily to discuss adjustment
- Finding ways to get money back from write off clients .
- Negotiate repayment terms with defaulting Clients,
- Daily/Weekly/ Monthly collection performance report .
- Dealing with matters related to the Department of Legal.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Graduated at any University.(Must be)
- At Least 5 year’s Experience in Microfinance .
- Excellent communication, reporting & Interpersonal Skills.
- Assertive and strong Negotitation skill.
- Good Judgment and decision making
- The ability work as part of a team
- Must Be Microsoft Word and Excel skill
- Must be able to do so under pressure.
