Key Responsibilities
- Collection way and time, LO handle clients, Security and safe, Target, Staff behavior, follow up, problem solving.
- Prevent and reduce overdue, Suing, Write-Off
- Overdue & Late Payment follow-up for Assigned Area
- Teamwork, communication, link, workload balance, target, appropriate duties.
- Branch and field checking (Operation process)
- Office security, materials maintaining, Cleaning.
- Monthly Meeting (Branch Manager Meeting)
- Training for Branch Staff
- All report (Daily, Weekly and monthly).
- Branch Target Plan & Control Management.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Graduated at any University. (Must be)
- Be honest, friendly, active and creative thinking.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skill.
- Age under 40 years.
- Branch Manager experience more than 5 years.
- Ability to communicate in local language highly desirable.
- Management, planning, monitoring skill.
- Strong computer skill in Microsoft office.
- Must be able to work under pressure and decision making.
- Precedence of local person and go to all region branch.
