    Key Responsibilities
    • Handles day-do-day telephone answering works and telephone transferring.
    • Assist the visitor for any appointment with management for business.
    • Check employee’s attendant to head office and all branches.
    • Arrange interview appointment for new employees.
    • Help to HR & Admin department when necessary.
    • Relative other administrative works.
    Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
    • Age between 18-25.
    • Graduate or Undergraduate student can able to apply.
    • Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet & Email.
    • Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
    • Able to work under pressure.
