    Key Responsibilities
    • Handles day-to-day office administrative works.
    • Assist in preparing Monthly Reports & others documentation.
    • Maintaining, Stationary, Stock List, Office equipment, Company fixed assets & Key Register.
    • Arrange Monthly Phone Bills, meter Bills and other payable.
    • Prepare Company Uniform and transferring.
    • Help in Car Check & Repair, Car License extension process & Car maintaining process.
    • Support in remodeling to HQ building interior & all branches.
    • Communicate to Tax Office & other government offices when necessary.
    • Relative other administrative works.
    • Support to HR & Admin Manager.
    Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
    • Age under 25 years old.
    • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
    • Must be able to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
    • Preferable to the relative experiences at least 2years.
    • Able to work under pressures.
