Key Responsibilities
- Handles day-do-day telephone answering works and telephone transferring.
- Assist the visitor for any appointment with management for business.
- Check employee’s attendant to head office and all branches.
- Arrange interview appointment for new employees.
- Help to HR & Admin department when necessary.
- Relative other administrative works.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Age between 18-25.
- Graduate or Undergraduate student can able to apply.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet & Email.
- Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
- Able to work under pressure.
