Key Responsibilities
- Handles day, Weekly, Monthly office administrative works.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, car Check, car Repair, car license extension & Car maintaining process
- Stationery, Office Equipment, Company Fixed Assets & Key Register
- Arrange Monthly Phone Bill, Meter Bill and Other Payable.
- Support in remodeling & Interior to HỌ building & all branches.
- Communicate to Tax office & YCDC office when necessary.
- Relative other administrative works.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Must be able to Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
- Preferable to the relative experience at lecast 2 years.
- Able to work under pressure.
